The Who – Emma Harris, Non-Executive Director
The Why – Because, in February 2006, Emma attended an athlete at work clinic, loved it so much she couldn’t stop telling everyone about it, so we decided such a fantastic advocate should become a member of the team.
The How – Emma, whilst working as Sales and Marketing Director for Eurostar, constantly acts as our voice of perspective. Emma challenges us with great questions, expresses a superb understanding of what really matters for the people who choose to work with us and has a tireless passion to ensure that we keep going from strength to strength as a business.
Never Stand Still – Emma has had a stellar career at Eurostar, rising through the ranks since 2001. Her journey, which hasn’t stopped yet, is an example to us all that you should never stand still and never stop wondering how much better you can be.

Hall of Fame
Our purpose is to help the corporate world to think, prepare and perform like world class athletes. Being world class involves demonstrating qualities that epitomise the elite and make them different from the ordinary. These people do things like demonstrating the desire to improve by:
- craving feedback and then acting on the bits that will make the most difference
- practising new skills and behaviours
- being willing to make mistakes or encounter setbacks, learn from them and bounce back stronger than before
- welcoming challenge and competition
We’re privileged to know some people who, in our view, are world class in their chosen field. This section of the website will celebrate these people and share their stories.
