When everything aligns…
We were navigating a huge amount of change (some thrust on us and some of our own making), when we first met Keith and the PK2 team back in 2021. From that very first interaction both sides knew it was going to be a strong partnership.
We had a brilliant bunch of individuals, a clear direction of travel and huge potential to deliver an outstanding performance…what we didn’t have was a strong sense of ‘team’.
Bring on PK2…
They helped us build a safe space, navigate some really challenging conversations, challenged our thinking, and helped us perform better as individuals and maybe more importantly, perform better as a Team.
If you are after an easy ride, PK2 are not the business for you…however if you are prepared to open up, learn and challenge the status quo, we have found them to be an awesome group of people to work with.
