The thing with strengths is that we all have our own.
The thing with strengths is that we find it easier to identify and covet the strengths of others than we do to value and revel in our own.
The thing with strengths is that it’s easier to rely on them than think about working hard on them to improve them from a place which is probably already good enough.
The thing with strengths is that it’s easier to dismiss them as “oh that’s just me” than it is to say “this is a strength of mine, please hold me accountable to making a consistent impact with it” (yes, it is obviously, literally easier, but you get the point!)
The thing with strengths is that we’ve spent far less time thinking about them than we have about the things we wish we were strong at!
So, identify yours, value them, enjoy them, strengthen them, ask to be held accountable to them and use them to find out just how good you can be!
