If you’re reading this then it’s likely that you’re thinking of working with us, but before you make that choice, there are some things that we think you should know…

High performance is not for everyone

We don’t do stuff “to you”. High performance, as the name suggests is not normal, it’s high, and pound for pound, versus normal performance, it’s hard work. We promise the return will be greatest for those who are willing to put in the hard yards. We’ll stand with you, shoulder to shoulder, to get the impact you need from the talent you have.

We choose each other

We guarantee the impact of our work because you buy an outcome, not a number of days. That means that we’ll work with you to get to a clearly defined picture of success and agree what we’ll each need to do to deliver that impact.

It’s about respect (for mutual expertise)

We’re experts in human performance, i.e., the practice of what enables human-beings individually and collectively to consistently perform at the top end of their ability. When we work together we’ll bring every bit of our passion, energy, expertise and experience. We’re counting on you to do the same, so that what we create is technically brilliant, tactically robust and absolutely right for you.

Choose a lens

You don’t become a high performing individual, team or organisation overnight, or at an event, but you can start there. Typically, when we work together we’ll be taking a narrow, wide or deep view…

  • Narrow – a set piece event like a conference, keynote, team or development day linked to the things that matter
  • Wide – a specific team, group or programme of support that injects expertise where you need it most, usually for between 6 and 9 months
  • Deep – this is about embedding high performance into the DNA of how you operate as a business or organisation and you can expect to see a lot of us for between 12 and 24 months
